Tais Elene Junqueira Neme

When graduate Tais Elene Junqueira Neme started the Professional Master's Program in Institutional Practices in Mental Health (PPG), she was assigned to the project “Practices of social reinsertion and promotion of citizenship in the context of mental health”, in which she developed the dissertation “Group therapeutic follow-up: a study on psychosocial rehabilitation and social reinsertion in the specialized treatment of alcohol and other drug users”, as well as the technical technological product “Group therapeutic follow-up for drug addicts: application protocol”.

Once she had started as a student in the PPG, she was hired by Faculdade Anhanguera as a lecturer for various subjects, especially the subject of “Psychology Science and Profession” and supervision of internships in Social Psychology, which are directly linked to the PPG's area of concentration. The year after her defense and graduation as a professional master, in 2024, the graduate was hired by Universidade Paulista - UNIP, as a lecturer in the undergraduate Psychology course at the Ribeirão Preto campus - SP, where she continues as the lecturer responsible for the subject “Psychology, Science and Profession” and supervision of internships related to “Psychological Practices in Therapeutic Follow-up”, supervision of an internship directly related to her dissertation and technical and technological product arising from the dissertation defended in the PPG. The graduate, also at UNIP, supervises internships in “Psychological Duty” and “Interventional Psychodiagnosis”.

In her first year as a graduate student, she published the article “Técnicas grupais em saúde mental: articulação criativa à expansão da expressão” (Group techniques in mental health: creative articulation to the expansion of expression), in the journal Mosaico (Qualis A4).

Since her time as a student, she has taken part in the Forum for Mental Health and the Anti-Asylum Struggle in the municipality of Ribeirão Preto - SP. She has frequently conducted interviews and podcasts on her social networks on subjects related to mental health, all with the ethical and technical-scientific care guided by her training as a master professional.

Andrea Richinho Silveira Cruz

When Andrea Richinho Silveira Cruz started the Professional Master's Program in Institutional Practices in Mental Health (PPG), she was assigned to the project “Psychosocial intervention, focusing on stress in workers affected by work-related health problems”, in which she developed the dissertation “Creation and analysis of a card game for developing non-stressful leadership” and the technical and technological product “Anti-stress Leader's Deck”.

Since, even before starting as a PPG student, she was already working at SENAC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial, in the Franca - SP unit, as a Professional Education Monitor, she boosted her activities at this educational institution as a teacher in the Apprenticeship Program and in the Administration and Human Resources courses, coordinating internships in Administration and Human Resources. She also became a multiplier of the “Senac Way of Educating”, “Project Work” and “New Course Integration Program”, all SENAC SP programs, training teachers in pedagogical practice.

After completing her Master's degree, she was given the position of coordinator of the Administration course at Centro Paula Souza - ETEC Intercomplementar, an institution where she already worked as a teacher.
As a result of her dissertation and PTT, she was invited by the external evaluator in her defense panel to present and apply her technical and technological product, the “Anti-Stress Leader's Deck” in the Professional Master's Program in Management for Competitiveness at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - SP, which took place in April 2025.

Her technical and technological product from the dissertation was published in 2025 as part of the E-book “The Anti-Stress Leader”, authored by her and her advisor (ISBN - 978-65-6036-849-1).
During her time as a student, the graduate received the “Aluna Cristiane Feierabend” award as one of the 10 best papers presented at the II International Meeting of Psychosocial Practices in Mental Health, a paper called “Occupational stress and well-being: a survey of the city of Franca (SP) in comparison with Brazil”, which was published in 2024 in Prometeica: Revista de Filosofia e Ciências (Qualis A4). Also, as a student, her technical and technological product related to her dissertation was presented at the III International Congress of Professional Masters in Psychology and was awarded first place in the Psychosocial Factors in Work Contexts axis, and the e-book chapter resulting from this award is currently in press.

Since her time as a student, she has worked in the area of Human Resources consultancy, Training and Development, teaching Leadership courses in companies in Franca - SP and the surrounding region, which was boosted by her training as a Professional Master in Institutional Practices in Mental Health.

The graduate's activities, both as a PPG student and as a graduate, are directly linked to the PPG's area of concentration, focused on mental health in institutional contexts, to research line 2, adult mental health in different institutional contexts and to the PPG's research project, called “Psychosocial intervention, focusing on stress in workers affected by work-related health problems”, under the responsibility of her advisor Prof. Dr. Paulo Eduardo Benzoni. Dr. Paulo Eduardo Benzoni, to which the graduate was assigned during her training.

It can be seen that this graduate's outstanding performance corroborates the PPG's mission to transform mental health actions in society, generating healthy development for human beings and a better quality of life for them, working together with various institutions, based on a consolidated scientific framework that underpins its actions to develop technical and technological products and scientific knowledge, capable of improving the mental health conditions of its final audience, the Brazilian population.
