Ementa

Estudo da relação parasita-hospedeiro nas infecções bacterianas, com enfoque nos mecanismos de virulência bacteriana e consequente resposta imune do hospedeiro. Diferentes fatores de virulência, em modelos de infecções bacterianas, que contribuem para o escape ou ativação do sistema imune com consequente desenvolvimento de doença.
