Planejamento Estratégico

Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Odontologia

Strategic planning for the four-year period 2021-2024 was established from three perspectives: a) alignment with the University's policies and Strategic Planning in relation to postgraduate studies, b) scientific contributions to the field of Dentistry and to society, and c) qualified student training. These perspectives, aligned with and supported by the institutional mission, vision and values, supported the preparation of the PPGO's self-assessment process for the four-year period. This proposal, together with a detailed analysis of the goals, strategies and results for the 2021-2024 quadrennium, enabled management planning for future development and decision-making for the PPGO's actions for the 2025-2028 quadrennium.

UNIP has a social inclusion policy established in the Institutional Development Plan - PDI, for the ten-year period 2018-2027, “including respect for Human Rights, aiming to provide a space for reflection, analysis and understanding of the principles, values and rights that characterize human dignity, democracy and political pluralism that underpin a free, equitable and supportive society. UNIP encourages inclusive social and school practices and meets the different needs of groups and individuals considered in their social and individual diversity”.
