PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Important:
The activities of the "Workshops of Projects and Articles" are mandatory and presential. Credits are only granted upon the accomplishment of the tasks set forth. Check, according to your option of Research Line, the timetable at which it shall be offered.

Master's Degree

Minimum credits for obtaining the title:

  • 06 (six) subjects studied: 30 credits
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Publication of Article: 05 credits
  • Qualifying Examination: 10 Credits
  • Orientation and Accomplishment of Research: 15 credits in mandatory on-site activities (Workshops of Projects and Articles)
  • Master's Dissertation: 30 Credits

Total of credits for obtaining the title: 90

Doctorate

Minimum credits for obtaining the title:

  • 04 (four) subjects studied: 20 credits
  • Proficiency in a foreign language (different from that accomplished in the Master’s Degree)
  • Publication of Article: 05 credits
  • Qualifying Examination: 10 Credits
  • Seminars: 10 Credits
  • Orientation and Accomplishment of Research: 75 credits, being 15 credits in mandatory on-site activities (Workshops of Projects and Articles)
  • Doctoral Thesis: 60 Credits

Total of credits for obtaining the title: 180

DEADLINE FOR OBTAINING THE TITLE - MASTER'S DEGREE
Minimum: 24 (twenty-four) months
Maximum: 30 (thirty) months
The qualification should occur until the 24th month.

DEADLINE FOR OBTAINING THE TITLE - DOCTORATE
Minimum: 30 (thirty) months
Maximum: 48 (fourty-eight) months
