Ementa
Diferentes dimensões organizacionais e respectivo alinhamento para o bom desempenho estratégico. Dimensões mais relevantes na definição de organizações bem-sucedidas. Instituições como restrições e diretrizes para as organizações. Cultura e Poder como explicações adicionais à racionalidade tecnológica para o desempenho. Processos, tomada de decisão, liderança, times, desempenho, mudança, aliança, globalização, inovação, tecnologia, mercado, etc.
