- Ementa:
- Esta disciplina visa capacitar os alunos a explorar o estado da arte e a analisar criticamente os fundamentos, os elementos e as implicações da Indústria 4.0 e da Indústria 5.0, abrangendo suas tecnologias, estratégias de operações e sustentabilidade, com ênfase em ecossistemas circulares. A Indústria 4.0 e, mais recentemente, sua evolução conceitual, denominada Indústria 5.0, centrada no ser humano e na sustentabilidade, representam um novo paradigma produtivo. Nesse contexto, a busca pela sustentabilidade impulsionou o surgimento dos ecossistemas circulares. A disciplina oferece um arcabouço para a pesquisa sobre os paradigmas da Indústria 4.0 e da Indústria 5.0. Conceitos da Indústria 4.0: história e fundamentos, elementos constituintes. Estratégia de operações no contexto da Indústria 4.0. Aspectos econômicos, ambientais e sociais da Indústria 4.0. Fundamentos de tecnologia da informação na Indústria 4.0. Ecossistemas de inovação e Indústria 4.0. Conceitos da Indústria 5.0. Resiliência e sustentabilidade na Indústria 4.0 e 5.0. Visita a plantas industriais e a testbeds da Indústria 4.0.
